ANDREA PAGANI LATIN QUARTET Live at Blue Note São Paulo, Brasil

Andrea Pagani Latin Quartet

The Andrea Pagani Latin Quartet presents their new album, “Live,” recorded in June 2025 at the BLUE NOTE in São Paulo, during a successful tour of Brazil that included performances in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre, and Florianopolis. The Quartet enjoyed great success and represented Italy on the occasion of the Italian Republic Day celebrations on June 2nd.

The concert at the prestigious BLUE NOTE in São Paulo, one of the most famous jazz clubs in the world, was the perfect opportunity to capture the audio recording of this great and exciting experience, capturing the essence of an evening of live music with an attentive and enthusiastic audience.

The quartet, composed of half Italian and half Brazilian musicians, performs the original repertoire of Italian pianist and composer Andrea Pagani (nine solo albums to his credit), with a vibrant Latin flavor, blending Brazilian rhythms like bossa nova and samba with swing and funk, in an elegant, refined, melodic, and engaging style. They also feature a previously unreleased song, performed for the first time in Brazil: the playful “Não gosto de cebola.”

A 70-minute video reportage, filmed by the musicians themselves, accompanies the album by scanning a QR code in the booklet. The video captures moments from the concerts and shows the cities of Brazil, experienced with the emotion and joy of those who discover them.
